Emily & Lyn's Office-to-Ensuite Conversion – Bli Bli
This Bli Bli project was all about making better use of an existing space within the home. What was previously an office and largely unused area was completely transformed into a brand new ensuite, turning the property into a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home.
Because the space was never originally designed as a bathroom, the conversion involved a lot of behind the scenes work as well. We installed all new sewer lines and water feeds to service the new ensuite, along with completing the full bathroom build from start to finish.
The finished space features a generous walk in shower, wall hung timber vanity, large round mirror, contemporary fixtures and a warm neutral tile palette throughout.
By converting an underutilised room rather than extending the home, we were able to add functionality and value while making much better use of the existing footprint.
What Emily & Lyn had to say...
We had an idea to convert our small study space into an ensuite for a second bedroom. I was initially told the process would be too difficult and costly by other renovation companies, but when Mason turned up to provide a quote, we were relieved to hear that Aqua Splash would happily take the job. Every single detail was carefully explained, and for the level of work involved our quote was very reasonable.
We cannot fault Mason with his meticulous attention to detail and his incredible team of expert trades from start to finish. We are absolutely thrilled with the new ensuite. Nothing was too much trouble and Mason kept us to date with all stages of the project. Communication was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend the team at Aqua Splash
